Each Member is required to belong to at least one of the three committees which meet a minimum of once a month.  Members not participating on a committee will be asked to explain their lack of involvement in EBHC to the General Membership.

Newsletter is a sub-committee of the Management Committee.  Any meeting or work-party credit must be approved by a Management Co-coordinator.

For any committee to conduct official business there must be a minimum of 4 members present or 15% of the total GM, whichever is greater.   (7/29/07)
