The Member is required to leave the premises in the same condition, allowing for normal wear and tear, in which he/she found them upon occupancy as per the Move-In Inspection sheet (kept in the Member’s file).

Cleaning not done by the vacating Member will be charged at fair market rate.  This rate can be determined by calling three house cleaning services.  Any damage to the premises or redecorating that are beyond normal wear and tear will be charged in accordance with local law.   Replacement charges will be at full cost (if due to resident neglect or item missing).
